Special Circumstances

We understand that life circumstances can change. In case of medical emergencies or other exceptional situations, we may consider refunds beyond the standard 7-day period on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with relevant documentation.

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible, a full refund will be provided regardless of the time elapsed.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, all enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a similar course at no additional cost.
